Conduct Hearing Evaluation Survey

 

The Office of Citizenship and Community Standards appreciates your taking time to complete the Conduct Hearing Evaluation Survey. Feedback from students who have participated in the conduct process will assist us in evaluating and improving our services to Truman students.  The survey is designed to provide anonymous feedback.  You will submit your answers by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the page.
